The Cornerstone team had the mammoth task of executing a near-impossible tenancy deadline under severe market conditions.

This included avoiding clashes with expiring leases (which would cost the client in the millions) country wide strikes, Covid-19 restrictions and severe rain fall all adding to this impossible task.

However, through prayer & belief in our mighty Father we serve, Jesus Christ, He released us with the wisdom and favour to create this A-Team effort holistically between Client, Tenants, Consultants and Construction Teams.
