The Cornerstone team was recently presented with a formidable challenge: adhering to a tight tenancy deadline under highly adverse market conditions. This task was rendered even more daunting due to the looming threat of expiring leases, which could result in multimillion-dollar costs for the client, nationwide strikes, restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and heavy rainfall. These factors collectively contributed to a scenario that appeared almost insurmountable.

Nevertheless, we leaned into our deep faith in our Father, Jesus Christ, who led our team with  wisdom and favour. We firmly believe that it was this divine intervention that endowed us with the ability to foster a harmonious and concerted effort among all stakeholders – the Client, Tenants, Consultants, and Construction Teams.

This united front enabled us to surmount the seemingly impossible task, achieving our goals in spite of the odds. We at Cornerstone CBS/Merged attribute this accomplishment to the grace of God, to whom we dedicate all glory for the successful completion of this challenging project.
